Zephyr Concept Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Zephyr Concept LLC (“Zephyr,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses  personal information when you visit or shop on zephyrconcept.com (the “Site”) or contact us about an order. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

We sell and ship to the United States only. We do not intentionally target or market to individuals outside the U.S.

1) What we collect

  • You provide: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing details, order contents, and messages you send us.

  • Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location from IP, and cookie/analytics data.

  • No user accounts (for now): we don’t collect usernames or passwords. If we add accounts later, we’ll update this Policy before launch.

2) How we use information

  • Process payments, fulfill and ship orders, handle returns/support

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site (fraud prevention, debugging, analytics)

  • Send transactional emails; marketing only if you opt in

3) Sharing information

We share data with service providers who help us run the business, for example:

  • Payments/fraud tools

  • Fulfillment and shipping

  • Site operations, analytics, and performance monitoring

We do not sell personal information. If any analytics or ads setup were ever treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws, you can opt out (see Your Privacy Choices below). California requires honoring a browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid opt-out for online “sale/sharing.” Global Privacy Control+3California DOJ+3California DOJ+3

4) Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tech to keep your cart working, measure traffic, and improve the Site. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may break checkout. Because we’re U.S.–only, we use a straightforward banner and a link to Your Privacy Choices (opt-out). California treats GPC as an acceptable online opt-out signal we must honor. California DOJ+1

5) Your rights and choices (U.S.)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of targeted advertising or the sale/sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing”; businesses must honor GPC signals. We provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option if/when applicable. California DOJ+2thecpra.org+2

  • Nevada (NRS 603A): you may opt out of the sale of personal information; we provide a request method via email. Nevada Legislature+2Hall Booth Smith, P.C.+2

  • Other states: more U.S. state privacy laws are in effect in 2025. We follow applicable requirements where we do business. IAPP+2IAPP+2

How to exercise your rights: email [email protected]. We’ll verify and respond within required timelines.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out where required. California DOJ+1

6) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for orders, support, security, and legal obligations. Then we delete or de-identify it.

7) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive data over insecure channels.

8) Children

The Site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us and we’ll delete it as required by COPPA (updated in 2025 to tighten retention/usage rules). Federal Trade Commission+2White & Case+2

9) Third-party links

If you click a link to another site, their terms and privacy notices apply. We’re not responsible for their practices.

10) Changes

If we change this Policy, we’ll post the update with a new “Last updated” date and highlight material changes on the Site.
