To be eligible for a return, all other products must meet the following requirements:
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once marked as shipped. After delivery, cancellations are handled as returns with applicable restocking and return shipping fees.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping fees are not refunded, except when the return is due to damage caused by us or the carrier.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to us or the carrier.
PCs must be packaged appropriately. If the original shipping container is no longer usable, a container of equal or greater durability must be used.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper packaging.
