Return Policy

We accept returns on most items, except:

  • Custom commission builds

  • Pre-order cancellations

To be eligible for a return, all other products must meet the following requirements:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Item must be in unused or like-new condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once marked as shipped. After delivery, cancellations are handled as returns with applicable restocking and return shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded, except when the return is due to damage caused by us or the carrier.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to us or the carrier.

  • PCs must be packaged appropriately. If the original shipping container is no longer usable, a container of equal or greater durability must be used to return the product.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to improper packaging.
