& Support

We provide lifetime support for every system we build. This includes help with troubleshooting, diagnostics, software, and general technical guidance.

1-Year Hardware Warranty

Every system includes a 1-year hardware warranty that covers defects in parts and assembly. If a component fails due to a manufacturing issue or build error, we’ll repair or replace it—no fuss.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and begins on the delivery date.

 

Warranty Shipping Policy

For full details, please review our Return Shipping Policy.

In summary, if the system arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with warranty service.

 

What’s Not Covered

  • We keep this simple, too. The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by drops, spills, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or tampering
  • Damage from overclocking or improper power setup
  • Software issues or data loss
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic scratches
  • Any other damage not directly caused by a manufacturing or assembly defect
  • Additionally, no warranty covers damage due to accident, misuse, electrical power issues, theft, or failure to perform preventive maintenance unless otherwise stated. We also do not cover fire or water damage, or systems deemed beyond repair.
  • Damage beyond repair includes (but is not limited to):
  • Extensive internal damage from high-velocity impact
  • Organic growth within the system
  • Overexposure to radiation, x-rays, or ultraviolet light
  • Damage caused by an act of God
  • If you’re not sure whether something is covered—reach out. We’ll work with you.

 

Modifications & DIY

We understand that enthusiasts like to tinker. If you want to upgrade your RAM, swap a GPU, or drop in new storage, go for it!

However, if damage is caused by a modification or upgrade, that repair won’t be covered under warranty. We recommend contacting us before making major changes so we can help you avoid problems and protect your system.
