This Privacy Policy explains how Zephyr Concept LLC ("Zephyr," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or shop on zephyrconcept.com (the "Site") or contact us about an order. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
We sell and ship to the United States only. We do not intentionally target or market to individuals outside the U.S.
You provide: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing details, order contents, and messages you send us.

The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us and we'll delete it as required by COPPA (updated in 2025 to tighten retention/usage rules).
