Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen events.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
The product arrives damaged during transit,
A manufacturer’s defect is found in the original parts,
There is an assembly issue caused by Zephyr, or an incorrect item was received.
All returns must be packaged securely. Whenever possible, use the original shipping container. If it is unavailable or unusable, a container of equal or greater durability must be used. Zephyr is not responsible for damages that occur due to improper return packaging.
All packages require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping and delivery schedules may be impacted by holidays or carrier disruptions.
Zephyr reserves the right to update shipping policies at any time.
Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled. The package must first be delivered to its destination, after which the order may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and in some cases, up to a 15% restocking fee may apply.
