Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
All returns must be packaged securely. Whenever possible, use the original shipping container. If it is unavailable or unusable, a container of equal or greater durability must be used. Zephyr is not responsible for damages that occur due to improper return packaging.
Once an order has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled. The package must first be delivered to its destination, after which the order may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and in some cases, up to a 15% restocking fee may apply.
