We provide lifetime support for every system we build. This includes help with troubleshooting, diagnostics, software, and general technical guidance.
Contact Support →Every system includes a 1-year hardware warranty that covers defects in parts and assembly. If a component fails due to a manufacturing issue or build error, we'll repair or replace it—no fuss.
Valid for the original purchaser from delivery date.
If the system arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty service.
We keep this simple. The warranty does not cover:
Damage beyond repair includes: Extensive internal damage from high-velocity impact, organic growth within the system, overexposure to radiation or ultraviolet light, damage caused by an act of God, fire or water damage, or systems deemed beyond repair.

We understand that enthusiasts like to tinker. If you want to upgrade your RAM, swap a GPU, or drop in new storage, go for it!
However, if damage is caused by a modification or upgrade, that repair won't be covered under warranty. We recommend contacting us before making major changes so we can help you avoid problems and protect your system.
